My husband and I have been involved in the sport of dogs since 1985. For years we exhibited Bedlington Terriers and in 1991, we purchased out
very first Standard Poodle. Our plans at the time were to just own one poodle. However, little did we know how right the Standard Poodle would be
for us and it all began with our dear Trixie.
Health
Health and temperament have always been our first concern. I am very proud of the fact that we have CHIC numbers on every dog we own going
all the way back to Trixie our foundation bitch. These are issued through the Canine Health Information Center. All testing can be viewed on my
web site and cross referenced on the OFA web site. In order to obtain a CHIC number a dog must first have all the appropriate genetic testing.
For buyers, the CHIC program provides accurate information about the results of a breeder's health testing. The probability that an animal will
develop an inherited disease is greatly reduced when its ancestry has been tested normal.
Mission Statement
OUR GOAL is to breed Beautiful and Healthy Poodles without compromising health for type. Our puppies are well socialized and started on their
house training before they go to their new homes.
Our dogs excel in conformation and performance events or can be your perfect friend and companion. They are funny and intelligent and wonderful
with children.
